Driver

We are looking for a skilled and dependable driver with a valid manual transmission licence to join our Facilities Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient transport of our maintenance technicians, specialised tools, and project materials to various residential and commercial sites. This role requires excellent knowledge of local roads, a high level of responsibility, and a commitment to vehicle care and punctuality.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Manual Vehicles: Safely drive manual transmission vans, buses (staff transport), pickups, or light trucks in accordance with traffic laws.
• Team Support: Transport technicians to maintenance and repair sites, ensuring they arrive on schedule for all appointments.
• Logistics: Assist the team with the organized loading and unloading of heavy tools, spare parts, and equipment for various facility projects.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct routine daily inspections (oil, tires, fluids) and ensure the company vehicle is clean and well-maintained.
• Safety Compliance: Strict adherence to all company safety protocols and road regulations to ensure the safety of passengers and cargo.
• Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor at all times, representing the company when interacting with clients and site supervisors.

Requirements & Qualifications

• License Type: Must possess a valid Manual Driving License (Mandatory).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of driving experience within the UAE, preferably in Facilities Management or Construction.
• Record: A clean driving record with no major traffic violations or accidents.
• Navigation: Excellent knowledge of UAE roads, shortcuts, and industrial areas.
• Skills: Strong time management, reliability, and a professional, customer-service-oriented attitude.
• Communication: Basic English communication skills to coordinate with the operations office and technicians.
