Duties

• Safely operate box trucks and other commercial vehicles to deliver goods across designated routes
• Load and unload cargo using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual lifting techniques while adhering to safety protocols
• Ensure accurate delivery of packages by following specified routes and delivery instructions
• Provide exceptional customer service by interacting professionally with clients during pickups and drop-offs
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, perform routine inspections, and report any mechanical issues promptly
• Keep detailed logs of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, and route activities
• Assist with warehouse tasks such as moving inventory or organizing shipments as needed

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with <PERSON> driver or courier roles preferred
• Proven experience in delivery driving, route driving, or commercial driving involving box trucks or similar vehicles
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks related to loading/unloading cargo safely
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks; certification is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and best practices for driving large vehicles with manual transmission
• Prior experience in moving or logistics environments is advantageous
