Are you a caffeine enthusiast with a clean driving record and a passion for punctuality? Top One Coffee Roastery is looking for a dedicated Delivery Driver to join our team. You will be the face of our brand, ensuring our freshly roasted beans and supplies reach our wholesale partners and cafes across the city safely and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Safe Transportation: Transport coffee beans, equipment, and supplies from the roastery to various locations using company vehicles.
• Quality Control: Handle products with care to maintain the integrity of our roasting process—no crushed bags or damaged gear.
• Route Optimization: Plan the most efficient routes to ensure all deliveries are completed within the designated time windows.
• Loading & Unloading: Safely load the vehicle according to the delivery schedule and unload at destination points (must be comfortable lifting up to 25kg).
• Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct basic daily inspections of the delivery vehicle (oil, tires, fuel) and report any maintenance needs promptly.
• Customer Service: Act as a professional representative of Top One Coffee, providing friendly and helpful service during drop-offs.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate delivery logs, obtain signatures, and manage invoices/paperwork via our digital delivery app.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience in UAE (delivery experience preferred).
• License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no major violations).
• Reliability: Exceptional punctuality and a "get-it-done" attitude.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and carry heavy bags of green and roasted coffee.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using GPS and delivery management software on a smartphone.
