  • Strictly abide by traffic rules and the company's vehicle management regulations, be responsible for the safe driving of the 60-seat bus, ensure the personal and property safety of passengers (employees, customers, etc.), and eliminate illegal behaviors such as violating traffic rules and fatigue driving.
  • According to the company's arrangement, complete various pick-up and drop-off tasks on time (such as employee commuting, customer pick-up and drop-off, official trips, activity transfers, etc.), plan the driving route in advance, avoid congested roads, and ensure timely arrival at the destination.
  • Be responsible for the daily inspection, maintenance and cleaning of the vehicle. Check key parts such as vehicle tires, brakes, oil volume, water tank and lights before driving every day. Report and handle problems in a timely manner to avoid driving with vehicle faults; clean the vehicle regularly to keep the interior and exterior of the vehicle clean and tidy.
  • Properly keep vehicle documents (driver's license, vehicle license, insurance policy, etc.), go through vehicle annual inspection, insurance renewal and other relevant procedures on time to ensure the vehicle drives legally and compliantly.
  • Respect passengers, provide polite and civilized services, take the initiative to assist passengers in getting on and off the bus and placing luggage, and patiently answer reasonable inquiries from passengers.
  • Strictly implement the work schedule, with 1 rest day per week (the specific rest day is arranged according to the company's dispatch), obey the company's unified dispatch, and do not change the driving plan or leave the post without authorization.
  • In case of traffic accidents or vehicle failures, protect the scene and rescue passengers at the first time, report to the company's person in charge and relevant departments in a timely manner, and cooperate with handling follow-up matters.
  • Assist in completing vehicle-related account records (such as driving log, mileage record, maintenance record, etc.) to ensure the records are true, complete and standardized.
  • Assist with HR-related work, cooperate with the company to complete various administrative auxiliary tasks, and fulfill other temporary related tasks assigned by superiors.

  • 根据公司安排,按时完成各类接送任务(如员工通勤、客户接送、公务出行、活动接送等),提前规划行车路线,避开拥堵路段,确保准时抵达目的地。
  • 负责车辆的日常检查、保养及清洁工作,每日出车前检查车辆轮胎、刹车、油量、水箱、灯光等关键部位,发现问题及时上报并处理,避免车辆带故障行驶;定期对车辆进行清洁,保持车内、车外整洁。
  • 妥善保管车辆证件(行驶证、驾驶证、保险单等),按时办理车辆年检、保险续保等相关手续,确保车辆合法合规行驶。
  • 尊重乘车人员,提供文明、礼貌的服务,主动协助乘车人员上下车、放置行李,耐心解答乘车人员的合理咨询。
  • 严格执行工作作息安排,每周休息1天(具体休息时间根据公司调度安排),服从公司统一调度,不擅自更改行车计划或离岗。
  • 发生交通事故或车辆故障时,第一时间保护现场、救助乘车人员,及时上报公司负责人及相关部门,配合处理后续事宜。
  • 协助完成车辆相关台账记录(如行车日志、里程记录、保养记录等),确保记录真实、完整、规范。
  • 协助人事相关工作,配合公司完成各类行政辅助任务,完成上级交办的其他临时相关工作。
