Job Tittle: Driver
Job Responsibilities

• Cargo Delivery : Undertake delivery tasks of company products and materials to offline stores, strictly follow scheduled routes and time-slot requirements to complete transportation, and ensure cargo safety, no damage and zero delay throughout the delivery process.
• Document Verification: Check delivery order details before departure daily, count the quantity and specifications of goods, confirm full consistency with the information on the outbound order, update delivery status in a timely manner once the delivery is completed.
• Fund & Voucher Management: Collect corresponding payments and cheques from customers after delivery, request and properly keep customer signed receipts, and submit them to the finance department for verification and bookkeeping to ensure consistency between accounts and funds.
• Vehicle & Safety Management: Strictly abide by UAE traffic regulations, drive safely and eliminate all traffic violations; keep the vehicle in good operating condition, and report for repair immediately when any fault is found.
• Customer Relationship Maintenance: Maintain a professional service attitude during delivery, respond promptly to reasonable demands from the team and customers, assist in collecting customer feedback on product and delivery issues, and report to the supervisor immediately.
• Abnormal Situation Handling: In case of emergencies such as traffic disruptions, cargo damage, customer rejection, etc., report immediately and handle them in accordance with company procedures to avoid affecting the overall delivery schedule.
• Complete other temporary delivery and related tasks assigned by company, and comply with the company's scheduling arrangements.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of driving work experience in Dubai or the wider UAE.
• Hold a valid UAE driving license
• Familiar with road networks across Dubai, and proficient in using navigation tools (e.g. Google Maps) to plan optimal delivery routes.
• Strong sense of responsibility, no criminal record, and no record of major traffic liability accidents or serious traffic violations.
• Basic English communication skills, able to conduct daily work exchanges with customers and internal team.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per day
