Role Summary

Cake Palace Cafe is seeking a responsible and customer-oriented Cake Delivery Driver to ensure timely and safe delivery of cakes, desserts, and other products to our valued customers.

The driver will act as a brand ambassador, providing excellent customer service and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Timely Deliveries

Deliver cakes, desserts, and other items on time, ensuring products arrive in perfect condition.

Customer Interaction

Greet customers politely during delivery, using phrases such as:

• “Thank you for choosing Cake Palace Cafe.”
• “Have a great day!”
• “We hope you enjoy your dessert!”

Product Handling

Handle fragile cake boxes and customized orders carefully to avoid damage.

Vehicle Maintenance

Keep the company vehicle clean and check regularly for proper working condition.

Route Planning

Plan delivery routes efficiently to avoid delays.

Payment Handling

Collect cash or card payments if required and return the correct amount with receipts.

Reporting

Inform the branch manager immediately about delays, problems, or customer feedback.

Qualifications

• Valid UAE driving license Manual
• Clean driving record
• Experience as delivery driver preferred (food delivery experience is a plus)
• Good communication skills
• Familiar with UAE roads and navigation apps
• Ability to handle fragile items carefully
• Basic math skills for cash handling

• Physically fit to carry cake boxes safely

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 1,700 – AED 1,800 per month
• Monthly bonus: AED 300 – AED 400 (based on branch sales target achievement)

• Annual leave as per UAE law
• Travel allowance: AED 1,000 after completing 2 years of service
• Leave salary: AED 1,600 after completing 2 years of service
