Position: Company Driver (Pickup, Van & Car Driver)

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Company Driver to join our Event Management team.

Requirements

• Valid UAE Driving License for:
• Light Vehicle (Car)
• Manual Transmission Vehicles
• Pickup and Van Driving
• Minimum 2–3 years of driving experience in the UAE
• Good knowledge of UAE roads and traffic regulations
• Ability to communicate in English
• Physically fit and able to assist with loading and unloading when required
• Flexible to work extended hours, weekends, and during events
• Clean driving record

Duties & Responsibilities

• Safely drive company cars, pickups, and vans for business operations.
• Transport event materials, equipment, furniture, staging items, supplies, and crew to and from event venues.
• Assist the operations team with loading, unloading, and securing event equipment.
• Ensure timely pickup and delivery of staff, and event-related materials.
• Plan routes efficiently to ensure on-time arrivals and deliveries.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure all company vehicles are in good condition.
• Support event setup and dismantling activities when required.
• Follow all UAE traffic laws and company safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance.
• Be available for emergency and last-minute transportation requirements during events.
