Driver/Material Handler

We will begin interviewing candidates soon for a full-time position within our company. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who will be responsible for delivering all material to Textape customers.

This position requires valid Driver License, Forklift experience, able to pass DOT wellness exam and pass a drug test.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Deliver all Material to Textape’s customers using company truck;

· Pick material in the system;

· Perform accurate inventory of shipment;

· Printing/placing labels on boxes (Part numbers and lot number);

· Familiar with FIFO;

· Responsible for verifying that all orders are complete and that we are sending the correct material to the customers;

· Palletize Pallets;

· Loading/unloading material ;

· Maintain required documentation and paperwork for shipments (packing slips, payments received during deliveries);

· Always perform pre-delivery inspection on truck/keep trucks clean;

· Advice Mechanic when delivery vehicles need maintenance;

· Follow ISO/QS operating procedures and safety rules;

Candidates must have/be:

· Initiative, Positive Attitude, Team Player, Self-Motivated, Sense of Urgency, patience;

• Mechanical Aptitude Required;
• High school diploma or GED Required;
• Bilingual- must be able to read and write in English;
• Physical Stamina: Standing, Lifting (45lbs), Vision abilities (distinguish colors);
• Familiar with the El Paso metropolitan area;
• Be punctual. Monday-Friday 7:00 AM- 4:00 PM;

Compensation:

$11-$12 upon experience.
