Key Responsibilities

• Pick up soiled linens and garments from client sites.
• Deliver cleaned and packed laundry items on schedule.
• Verify quantities during pickup and delivery using invoices or delivery notes.
• Ensure proper loading and unloading to prevent damage or mix‑ups.
• Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly at all times.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections (fuel, oil, tires, cleanliness).
• Report any mechanical issues immediately to the supervisor.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure compliance with traffic rules.
• Communicate professionally with clients during pickups and deliveries.
• Address client concerns politely and escalate issues to management when needed.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, invoices, and signatures.
• Report delays, route issues, or discrepancies in quantities. operational Support
• Assist in sorting, packing, or organizing laundry items when required.
• Coordinate with dispatch or operations team for route planning.
• Follow hygiene and safety protocols inside the laundry facility.
