Driver / Case Manager

We are seeking a reliable and organized Driver / Case Manager to support client transportation needs and assist with case management services. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and interested in becoming a Certified Case Manager.

Qualifications

• Valid Ohio driver’s license
• Active auto insurance
• Routing and navigation experience required
• Clean driving record preferred
• Ability to document services accurately
• Willingness to become a Certified Case Manager
• Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Safely transport clients to and from appointments, programs, and services
• Plan and follow efficient driving routes
• Document transportation and case management services accurately
• Assist with case management tasks as assigned
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times

Schedule

• Part-time availability required
• Flexible scheduling, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
