  • Expected Pay Range: $26.00 - $31.00
  • Bonus: This role may further qualify for supplemental compensation in the form of bonus and incentive programs, contingent upon achieving pre-established individual and company performance metrics.

What You’ll Do

  • Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles, including straight trucks and tractor trailers, to transport and deliver products between plants and warehouses.
  • Load, secure, unload, and verify product and material quantities using forklifts, pallet jacks, motorized jacks, or manual handling as required.
  • Complete delivery documentation, log hours and mileage, and utilize scanners within the ERP system to ensure accurate inventory tracking.
  • Maintain delivery schedules while providing professional, courteous customer service to internal partners.
  • Perform daily vehicle inspections, routine safety checks, and maintain cleanliness of assigned vehicles.
  • Support warehouse operations with stocking, organizing, and loading materials while following all safety and equipment protocols.

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum of five years of Class A commercial driving experience.
  • Minimum of five years of forklift operation experience and at least one year of handheld scanner experience.
  • High school diploma or GED, valid CDL Class A license, and current Medical Certification Card.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to meet company driver eligibility requirements and complete all required training and certifications.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying and adverse weather conditions.
  • Frequent bending, reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and lifting or moving up to 50 pounds.
  • High level of physical dexterity required to safely operate vehicles and material-handling equipment.
  • Ability to meet all physical requirements of the role with or without reasonable accommodation.
