Driver & Cleaner

Main Duties and Responsibilities

First: Driver Duties

· Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly in accordance with the traffic laws of the State of Qatar.

· Transport employees, cleaning staff, or equipment and materials based on operational needs and according to the prepared schedule.

· Follow up on periodic vehicle maintenance and report any malfunctions immediately.

· Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of the vehicle at all times.

· Adhere to working hours and transportation schedules assigned by the management.

Second: Cleaning Duties

· Perform general cleaning tasks at company locations according to the designated cleaning schedule.

· Ensure villas and properties are ready prior to handover or viewings.

· Use cleaning tools and materials safely and correctly.

· Maintain cleaning equipment and report any shortage of materials.

Third: Supervisory Duties (Cleaning Staff)

· Supervise cleaning staff assigned to villas on a daily basis and distribute tasks accordingly.

· Ensure compliance with approved cleaning plans and schedules.

· Monitor work quality and ensure required cleaning standards are met.

· Submit periodic reports to management regarding staff performance and operational needs.

· Coordinate with the Property Management department regarding the readiness of units for leasing or handover.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Enterprise Cleaning: 2 years (Required)
• Driving in Qatar: 2 years (Required)

Language:

• English (Required)

License/Certification:

• Qatari Driving License (Required)
