Coaster Driver – Category 5 (Staff Transport)

Salary: Up to AED 3,500 / month

Location: Ajman (Fixed Route – Dubai)

We are hiring a Coaster / Staff Bus Driver with a valid UAE Category 5 licence to operate a company Coaster / 18-seater bus on a fixed Ajman–Dubai route.

Salary Structure

AED 3,000 during first 6 months

Salary review to AED 3,500 after 6 months (post-finance, performance-based)

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Coaster / 18-seater staff bus
• Transport company staff safely and on time
• Follow fixed route and timing
• Morning & evening split shifts
• Daily vehicle cleanliness and basic checks

Requirements

• Valid UAE Category 5 (Bus) driving licence
• Coaster or staff bus driving experience required
• Knowledge of Ajman & Dubai roads
• Good discipline, punctuality, and safety awareness
