Location: Belleville, IL / St. Louis Metro
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday | 8:00 AM Start (dependent on business needs)

Compensation

• Starting: $54,080 (based on experience)
• 45–50 hours/week typical

About the Role

This role is for someone who can run daily operations, lead drivers, and make decisions under pressure.

You’ll be responsible for coordinating routes, managing staffing, and ensuring service levels are met. This is a key leadership position, not an entry-level admin job.

Core Responsibilities

• Own daily route planning and driver coverage
• Act as liaison with FedEx operations
• Lead hiring: screening, interviewing, onboarding
• Monitor KPIs (service failures, complaints, efficiency)
• Coordinate fleet maintenance with drivers + management
• Address operational issues in real time
• Support driver training and safety compliance

Ideal Candidate

• Prior experience in logistics, delivery, or operations leadership
• Proven ability to manage people and solve problems quickly
• Strong accountability—follows through and owns outcomes
• Comfortable stepping into a driver role when needed
