Job Description: Driver & Field Service Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for a high-energy Driver / Customer Service Representative who is the face of our brand. You won’t just be moving products from point A to point B; you will be responsible for the entire "last mile" experience. This includes safely delivering orders, performing on-site installations, and identifying opportunities to provide additional value to our customers through upselling.

Key Responsibilities

• Logistics & Delivery: Safely transport and deliver customer orders following optimized routes to ensure punctuality.
• Expert Installation: Perform professional on-site setup and installation of our products, ensuring everything is functional and the customer is educated on basic usage.
• Sales & Upselling: Actively listen to customer needs during the delivery process and recommend complementary products or upgrades that enhance their experience.
• Customer Relationship Management: Provide exceptional, friendly service that turns a one-time buyer into a loyal client.
• Maintenance & Care: Maintain the cleanliness and mechanical health of the company vehicle and ensure all installation tools are accounted for.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Aptitude: Comfortable using hand tools and following technical manuals for product assembly and installation.
• The "Hustle" Mentality: A natural ability to spot sales opportunities (upselling) without being pushy.
• Extreme Flexibility: Ability to work a non-traditional schedule. Since we operate based on customer needs, shifts may include early mornings, late evenings, or weekends.
• Clean Driving Record: A valid driver’s license and a history of safe driving are non-negotiable.
• Communication: Fluent in [Insert Language] with the ability to explain technical details in simple terms.

• High Completion Rate: Orders are delivered and installed correctly the first time.
• Positive Feedback: Maintaining a high customer satisfaction rating.
• Revenue Growth: Meeting or exceeding monthly upselling targets during field visits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
