Driver cum helper

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Driver Cum Helper to support our logistics operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and assisting with loading, unloading, and organizing deliveries. This role requires excellent driving skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work as part of a team.

Driving Duties:

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods to various locations.
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries as per the schedule.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.
• Maintain accurate logs of deliveries and vehicle maintenance.

Helper Duties:

• Assist with loading and unloading goods from the vehicle.
• Organize and secure cargo for safe transport.
• Help in packing and unpacking items as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle and workspace.

Customer Service:

• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Address any questions or concerns related to deliveries.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license (UAE) (4 ton pickup) with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience as a driver and/or helper preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced and physically demanding.
• May involve outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Heavy items to offload
