Driver cum Housekeeping Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Housekeeping Supervisor for a holiday homes company. The candidate will oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure all holiday homes are maintained to high cleanliness and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage housekeeping staff for holiday homes

Ensure apartments and villas are cleaned and ready for guest check-in

Conduct inspections to maintain company standards

Prepare duty rosters and assign daily tasks

Train and monitor housekeeping staff performance

Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams

Manage cleaning supplies, linen, and inventory

Report maintenance issues and ensure timely follow-up

Handle urgent cleaning requests and tight check-in/check-out schedules

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor

Experience in holiday homes is mandatory

Valid UAE driving license is required

Strong leadership and team management skills

Good knowledge of housekeeping procedures and materials

Good communication skills in English

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
