Driver cum Operator for Readymix company

Job Responsibilities – Driver cum Operator (Ready-Mix Concrete)

• Operate and drive truck mixer to transport ready-mix concrete safely from batching plant to project sites.
• Assist in operating the mixer drum, controlling speed and rotation to maintain the correct consistency of concrete.
• Support site operations by operating equipment such as loaders, conveyors, or batching systems when required (depending on company setup).
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, checking fuel, oil, water, tires, brakes, drum condition, and hydraulic systems.
• Ensure concrete is delivered on time and in proper quality as per dispatch instructions.
• Maintain delivery tickets, trip logs, and project documentation accurately.
• Perform routine cleaning of mixer drum (interior and exterior) to avoid buildup and blockage.
• Comply with UAE traffic laws, company driving rules, and HSE safety standards.
• Assist at site locations with spotting, reversing, positioning the truck safely for offloading.
• Communicate and coordinate with batch plant operators, dispatchers, and site supervisors.
• Handle minor troubleshooting for the mixer and report any major issues to maintenance.
• Follow all PPE requirements and ensure safe operation of equipment at all times.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
