Driver Cum Salesman – 3 Ton Pickup (Fruits & Vegetables Trading)

Job Summary

Everly Premium General Trading LLC is looking for an experienced Driver Cum Salesman for handling sales and delivery operations using a 3-ton pickup vehicle across Dubai and other Emirates. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in the UAE fresh fruits & vegetables trading sector and should be capable of managing customer deliveries, market sales, collections, and daily route operations efficiently.

This position is strictly for candidates with fruits & vegetables trading experience in UAE markets. Candidates without relevant experience will not be considered.

Mandatory Requirements (Deal Breakers)

• Minimum 2–4 years UAE experience as Driver Cum Salesman in fruits & vegetables trading.
• Valid UAE Manual Driving License suitable for 3 Ton Pickup.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Dubai markets
• Supermarkets
• Grocery stores
• Restaurants
• Hotels
• Catering companies
• Fresh produce wholesale operations
• Experience in both:
• Delivery operations
• Market sales/customer handling
• Ability to load, unload, and manage delivery documentation independently.
• Familiarity with UAE roads, delivery routes, and market timings.
• Experience in handling cash sales and customer collections.
• Basic knowledge of fruits & vegetables quality checking and handling.
• Fluent in Urdu/Hindi. Basic English communication required.
• Candidates without fruits & vegetables trading experience will be automatically rejected.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive 3-ton pickup vehicle safely for daily sales and delivery operations.
• Deliver fruits & vegetables to customers across UAE on time.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
• Generate daily sales from markets, groceries, restaurants, and retail customers.
• Collect payments and maintain proper records of invoices and deliveries.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff regarding loading and stock availability.
• Ensure proper handling of perishable goods during transportation.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of vehicle.
• Follow delivery schedules and company operational procedures.
• Report daily sales, collections, and market feedback to management.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Hardworking, trustworthy, and physically fit.
• Good customer dealing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work early morning market schedules and long routes.
• Experience in Al Aweer Fruits & Vegetables Market is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance is an advantage.
