Driver Cum Supervisor – Job Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport staff, materials, or goods as assigned
• Ensure timely pickup and delivery according to schedules
• Supervise daily operations related to transportation and assigned staff
• Monitor driver attendance, duty rosters, and work performance
• Ensure compliance with traffic laws, company policies, and safety standards
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance or repair needs promptly
• Coordinate with management for route planning and task assignments
• Keep accurate records of trips, fuel usage, and vehicle logs
• Handle basic administrative duties related to transport operations
• Address on-site issues and ensure smooth workflow during shifts

Requirements

• Valid driving license with clean driving record
• Previous experience as a driver and/or supervisor preferred
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage time and work independently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
