Driver cum Supervisor (Aluminum Experience)

Role Summary

This hybrid role requires an experienced driver with knowledge of aluminum and glass works who can also supervise small teams onsite. The position ensures smooth transportation, coordination between factory and sites, and compliance in line with standards of quality and timely delivery.

Key Responsible Areas

• Transportation - Transport manpower, aluminum materials, and tools safely between factory and site. Ensure timely delivery of materials to prevent installation delays.
  
• Site Supervision - Oversee onsite aluminum and glass installation work. Manage and supervise junior workers and helpers.
  
• Coordination & Reporting - Act as a communication link between factory and site teams. Report on daily activities, progress, and material requirements.
  
• Quality & Compliance - Ensure all installation work is done as per drawings and timeline. Enforce safety practices on site.

Requirements

• 2 or more years hands-on experience in aluminum fabrication preferred
  
• Must have aluminum or construction-related experience
  
• Preferably experienced in both driving and site supervision

Benefits

Salary depends on experience level:

• Junior Level: AED 1,200 + accommodation
  
• Mid-Level (some experience): AED 1,600 + accommodation
  
• Senior / Highly Experienced: AED 2,200 + accommodation
  
• Overtime will be provided whenever required, based on workload.
