Driver cum Team Lead

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Driver cum Team Lead to support our Installation Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting materials, leading installation teams on-site, and ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and as per company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely drive company vehicles to transport signage materials, tools, and team members to project sites.
• Lead and supervise installation teams during on-site execution of signage projects.
• Ensure installations are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager / Supervisor for daily work schedules and site requirements.
• Ensure proper handling, loading, and unloading of signage materials to avoid damage.
• Conduct basic site assessments and support the team in resolving on-site challenges.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, perform routine checks, and report any maintenance issues.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and company HSE policies at all times.
• Monitor team attendance, productivity, and task completion.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams during site activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in driving and signage installation.
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
• Prior experience leading a team in installation or site work is preferred.
• Good understanding of signage installation processes (LED, acrylic, metal works, etc.).
• Ability to read basic drawings and installation plans.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Physically fit and able to work on-site and at heights when required.

Pay: Up to AED3,500.00 per month

License/Certification:

• UAE - Driving License (Required)
