Driver cum Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive company vehicle for maintenance and operational duties.
• Carry out basic MEP maintenance works including electrical, plumbing, and general repair tasks.
• Attend maintenance complaints and service requests at different properties.
• Inspect and troubleshoot maintenance issues.
• Ensure all maintenance work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Transport tools, materials, and equipment to work locations.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of company vehicle and tools.
• Follow company safety policies and UAE traffic regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in MEP maintenance or technician role.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance works.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
