Driver & Event Installer (Party Equipment)

Overview
Join Your Favorite Inflatables as a Delivery Driver & Event Installer and play a key role in bringing unforgettable events to life. This hands-on position combines on-the-road deliveries with the setup and installation of party equipment for events throughout the area.

You’ll be the friendly, reliable face of our company ensuring timely deliveries, safe handling of equipment, and smooth event setups. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in organization and customer service, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Duties

• Safely drive our delivery vehicles, including backing up a trailer.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and promptly report maintenance or safety issues.
• Load and unload equipment using forklifts, dollies, or manual lifting techniques, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols.
• Set up and install event equipment at various venues, including inflatables, tents, tables, chairs, lighting, and other party essentials.
• Provide excellent customer service
• Oversee cleaning, inspection, and retrieval of equipment after events.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to support efficient loading, storage, and operations.

Requirements

• Must be over 21
• A valid driver's license in Rhode Island with clean driving record.
• Experience with driving and backing up trailers is a big plus.
• Ability to operate forklifts; preferred but not required.
• Physical strength to handle heavy equipment.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse setting and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Leadership mindset with a positive, can-do attitude and ability to work well in a team.
