Role Summary

We are hiring a Turkish-speaking Driver Events Specialist to join a leading transportation technology company in Dubai. This full-time role focuses on managing driver engagement, training, event execution, and app usage compliance. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong grasp of operations, mobile apps, and cross-functional coordination. Salary starts from AED 4,000 per month.

What You ll Do

* Serve as the first point of contact for driver feedback and address concerns proactively
* Ensure timely, smooth execution of driver events with over 95% performance benchmark
* Deliver app usage training and in-person coaching for drivers using the KOI Chauffeur platform
* Collaborate with sourcing and operations teams to schedule and host driver training sessions
* Track and report key metrics such as app compliance, training attendance, and event outcomes
* Monitor drivers use of the KOI Chauffeur app and escalate any usage issues to the tech team
* Prepare newsletters, communication briefs, and training guides to improve driver experience
* Coordinate seamlessly across departments to maintain quality, performance, and service standards

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s degree (required)
* Fluent in Turkish (required), English proficiency also needed
* Strong skills in MS Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* Passion for improving service quality and driver satisfaction
* Prior experience in transportation, logistics, or hospitality is a plus
* Familiar with mobile app usage, troubleshooting, or training
* Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when needed
