Driver for 3 Ton pickup

We are a Building Materials company known for our commitment to customer satisfaction, safety, and reliability. Our team is growing and we're in search of a dedicated and skilled Pickup Driver to join us.

Job Description:
As a Heavy Pickup Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods from one place to another using heavy trucks.

Responsibilities:

1. Transport and deliver goods in accordance with specified routes and schedules
2. Manage loading and unloading
3. Follow all laws and regulations regarding size, weight, route designations, and parking
4. Perform routine vehicle inspections and preventative maintenance
5. Report any incidents encountered on the road
6. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouses and customers

Qualifications:
1. Valid heavy truck driver license.
2. A clean driving record with no moving violations
3. Proficiency in operating heavy truck
4. High school diploma or equivalent
5. Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc.)
