Driver for Home Care facility - (With Own visa)

Key ResponsibilitiesTransportation Duties

• Safely transport nurses and rehabilitation staff to scheduled patient visits and residential locations.
• Ensure all routes are planned efficiently to meet daily schedules.
• Assist staff with entering and exiting the vehicle when necessary.
• Maintain punctuality for all pickups and drop-offs.

Vehicle Care & Safety

• Operate company vehicles responsibly and in compliance with traffic laws.
• Conduct daily vehicle safety checks (fuel level, tires, lights, cleanliness).
• Report any mechanical issues, incidents, or maintenance needs promptly.
• Keep the vehicle clean and presentable at all times.

Communication & Coordination

• Coordinate routes with the scheduling team or supervisor.
• Communicate delays, emergencies, or route changes immediately.
• Maintain professional conduct and uphold the facility’s standards of service.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a professional driver (healthcare transport experience is a plus).
• Good knowledge of local roads and navigation tools/apps.
• Ability to follow schedules and instructions accurately.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Physical ability to assist staff with equipment as needed (optional).
