Driver for Maids Cleaning Company

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Driver to join our cleaning operations team in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for transporting cleaning staff safely and on time to various customer locations across Dubai.

The ideal candidate must be familiar with Dubai routes and locations including Marina, Palm Jumeirah, JLT, Discovery Gardens, JVC, JVT, Arjan, Arabian Ranches, Motor City, and Sports City.

ResponsibilitiesTimely Staff Transport

• Ensure punctual pickup and drop-off of staff members according to the daily schedule.
• Daily pickup time starts at 6:30 AM.
• Last appointment timing can extend until 7:00 PM.

Route Optimization

• Use GPS tools and Google Maps to plan the most efficient routes before departure.

Traffic Management

• Adapt to alternate or shorter routes during traffic congestion or roadblocks.

Fuel Conservation

• Switch off the vehicle during extended idle periods to reduce fuel consumption.

Vehicle Cleanliness & Maintenance

• Keep the company vehicle clean at all times.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure the vehicle remains in good working condition.
• Report any maintenance issue immediately.

Staff Safety & Discipline

• Ensure the safety and comfort of staff members during transportation.
• Maintain discipline and proper behavior inside the vehicle.

Recordkeeping & Reporting

Maintain proper records of:

• Fuel bills
• Receipts
• Daily transportation activities
• Salik and parking expenses

Submit daily reports to the designated supervisor or administrator.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience driving for a maids cleaning company in Dubai.
• Good knowledge of Dubai locations including:
• Dubai Marina
• Palm Jumeirah
• JLT
• Discovery Gardens
• JVC
• JVT
• Arjan
• Arabian Ranches
• Motor City
• Sports City
• Must know how to apply for Gate Pass access in buildings and communities.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Ability to use Google Maps efficiently.
• Basic English communication required.
• Good time management skills.
• Responsible, disciplined, and professional attitude.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Company Rules & Work Conditions

• Weekly off: Sunday
• No public holiday off
• Company vehicle must NOT be used for personal purposes.
• Driver is responsible for fines caused by traffic violations or negligence.
• Driver must maintain vehicle cleanliness daily.
• Accommodation provided by company in DIP 2.
• Candidate must be flexible with working hours depending on operational requirements.

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
