Driver for NEMT Transportation Company

Somos una empresa dedicada al transporte de pacientes desde sus casas a sus citas médicas y viceversa.

Buscamos choferes por toda la Florida que quieran unirse a nuestro equipo de trabajo. Para aplicar es necesario lo siguiente:

1) Tener un vehículo SEDAN de 4 puertas

2) Licencia registrada en la Florida.

3) Seguro Full Cover.

4) Registración del vehículo vigente

5) Motor Vehicle Record y Background Check limpios. (Requerido por la empresa)

6) Certificación en CPR and First Aid, Defensive Driving, Fraud, Waste & Abuse, HIPAA y Passenger Assistance.

7) 10 Panel Drug Test NEGATIVO.

8) Medical Screening Certification.

9) Curriculum Vitae

DISCLAIMER:

La empresa proveerá al conductor la inversión económica de los siguientes documentos necesarios: Background Check, Motor Vehicle Record y Drug Test.

Los cursos respectivos (CPR and First Aid, HIPAA, Fraud, Waste & Abuse, Defensive Driving y PASS) quedan a responsabilidad del chofer y deben ser enviados durante el proceso de aplicación.

El pago se realiza por milla recorrida, de la siguiente manera:

I. Viajes de 0 – 3 millas = 7$

II. Viajes de 4 – 7 millas = 9$

III. Viajes de 8 – 10 millas = 11$

IV. Viajes de 11 millas en adelante: 1$ por milla.

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo.

Salario: $600.00 - $1,000.00 a la semana

Consideraciones ante el COVID-19:
Uso de mascarilla opcional, desinfección del vehículo regular, distanciamiento social con pacientes.

We are a company dedicated to transporting patients from their homes to their medical appointments and vice versa.

We are looking for drivers throughout Florida who want to join our work team. To apply you need the following:

1) Have a 4-door SEDAN vehicle (from 2014 onwards)

2) License registered in Florida.

3) Full Cover Insurance.

4) Valid vehicle registration

5) Clean Motor Vehicle Record and Background Check.

6) Certification in CPR and First Aid, Defensive Driving and Passenger Assistance.

7) Drug Test with NEGATIVE results.

8) Medical Screening Certification.

9) Curriculum Vitae

DISCLAIMER:

The company will provide the driver with the economic investment of the following necessary documents: Background Check, Motor Vehicle Record, Drug Test and DOT.

The respective courses (CPR and First Aid, Defensive Driving, Passenger Assistance, HIPAA and FWA) are the responsibility of the driver and must be sent during the application process.

Payment is made per mile traveled, as follows:

I. Trips 0 – 3 miles = $7,00

II. Trips from 4 – 7 miles = $9,00

III. Trips of 8 – 10 miles = $11,00

IV. Trips 11 miles and over: $1 per mile.
