Driver Helper

Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday 8 am to 4 pm

Role & Responsibilities

• Uphold agency core values: Service, Passion, Integrity, Respect, Innovation, Teamwork
• Assist with resale pick-ups, deliveries, loading/unloading donations, and organizing inventory
• Conduct daily safety checks of thrift trucks and maintain related records
• Help schedule donation pick-ups and support store operations
• Provide courteous donor assistance and issue receipts
• Attend related meetings and complete required paperwork
• Work weekends as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift/move heavy items
• Strong customer service skills
• Valid Texas driver’s license and auto insurance
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Lift up 50 pounds

• Experience working with individuals affected by trauma (preferred, not required)

• Willingness to travel within Harris and Fort Bend County areas

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.50 - $12.00 per hour
