Driver - IT

Job Purpose:

To support the IT department by safely transporting IT staff, equipment, and documents, while ensuring timely delivery, proper handling of sensitive assets, and maintaining the assigned vehicle in good condition.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Safely transport IT staff to various company locations, branches, or client sites as required.
• Deliver and collect IT equipment such as laptops, desktops, printers, networking devices, and other hardware.
• Ensure proper handling and safe loading/unloading of fragile and sensitive IT equipment.
• Assist the IT team during installations, relocations, and maintenance visits when required.
• Maintain delivery logs, asset movement records, and obtain necessary acknowledgments/signatures.
• Coordinate with the IT team regarding schedules, routes, and urgent requirements.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of IT assets, documents, and company information during transit.
• Conduct routine vehicle checks (fuel, oil, tire pressure, cleanliness) and report any issues immediately.
• Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
• Support in basic office errands related to the IT department when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
