LRP Recycling and LRP Contract Services are growing nationwide service providers specializing in mattress recycling, furniture installation, logistics, labor services, hotel renovations, commercial moving, and recycling projects. We work with hotels, universities, healthcare facilities, military installations, and commercial clients throughout the United States.

We are seeking a dependable Driver / Logistics Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for operating company vehicles, transporting materials and equipment, supporting warehouse operations, and assisting field crews when necessary. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, professional, and willing to be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company box trucks and pickup trucks
• Transport materials, furniture, mattresses, and equipment to project sites
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Secure loads and ensure proper transportation procedures are followed
• Assist with warehouse operations and inventory when not driving
• Support installation, moving, and recycling crews as needed
• Maintain accurate delivery and pickup documentation
• Represent the company professionally with customers and project partners
• Follow all DOT and company safety regulations

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• DOT Medical Card is a plus but not required
• Experience operating box trucks preferred
• OSHA 10 certification is a plus but not required
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel occasionally for projects
