Driver / Maintenance Assistant (Assisted Living and Memory Care)

Overview

We are seeking a motivated Driver and Maintenance Assistant. The primary duties will be driving residents to doctor appointments and scheduled trips to shopping and restaurants and to help with general upkeep and maintenance tasks around the community. This position requires frequent lifting, standing for extended periods of time, climbing ladders and other physical work. We are looking for a candidate that has at least 2 years of experience in driving and maintenance or construction, as well as the ability to follow instructions and is always on time.

In addition, there will be some maintenance assistant duties as time permits.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the bus and the Ford Flex.
• Assist with the maintenance of facilities and grounds.
• Perform tasks as directed by higher management.

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
