Driver Manager – 7 Days a Week | $500 Weekly + Delivery Parcels-BILINGUAL IS A PLUS

This is a 1099 independent contractor position. We’re looking for a Driver Manager who can keep our delivery operation running strong 7 days a week. This is a hands-on leadership role—managing routes, recruiting drivers, staying on top of daily operations, and even jumping in to deliver or handle route rescues using your own vehicle when needed.

Compensation:

• $500 weekly base pay
• Plus pay for any deliveries you complete
• Paid weekly

Responsibilities:

• Assign and oversee all driver routes daily
• Monitor route progress and handle any issues quickly
• Must be able to recruit and train new drivers to keep operations staffed
• Assist in the warehouse with dispatch and coordination
• Step in for deliveries or route rescue when required
• Ensure safety, compliance, and on-time performance
• Open warehouse for drivers 4:00 am - 9:00 am

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in delivery, dispatch, or transportation management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Reliable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Must be available 7 days a week
