REQUIREMENTS

• 2 years minimum experience
• Bilingual

• Responsible and organized

RESPONSABILITIES

• Collaborate with dispatch and logistics teams to resolve operational challenges and improve service quality.
• Communicate effectively with drivers and management to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain driver schedules, routes, and assignments to maximize efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Knowledge of safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records related to driver hours, vehicle maintenance, and incident reports.
• Monitor driver compliance with safety policies, transportation laws, and company procedures.
• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of drivers to ensure adherence to schedules and delivery deadlines.
