Mojo is here to change that. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Driver Manager/ Lead Driver. This is an entry level management position where you will learn the basics of Independent Contractor Management, Route Management, Prospecting for Customers, and other skills critical to bosting your career. This is the first step in making a real future for yourself with no collage degree required.

Duties

• Supervise and manage a team of Independent Contract Drivers, ensuring customer expectations are met and exceeded.
• Coordinate schedules and routes to maximize efficiency and minimize delays.
• Monitor driver performance and provide feedback to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Recruit a team of ICs that provide the highest quality service.
• Learn how to sell the business and strengthen your skills in the industry.
• Learn how to become a powerhouse in the IC world where people will depend on you to move millions in product every week!
• You will play an instrumental role in the growth of the business one that you can be proud of!
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve service delivery.

Requirements

• Experience as an Independent Contract Driver is required
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with drivers and management.
• Desire to work harder than you ever had before for the chance to have limitless rewards.
• Experience with different types of vehicles as in Know the difference between a high top van and a cargo van or between a car and SUV.
• Ability to communicate and deescalate issues.
• Availability to work Monday- Monday
• Must have self confidence to walk into potential customers place of business and have conversations.
• Must have a valid driver license
• Must have car insurance
• Must be able to pass background and MVR check
• Must be able to lift up to 60lbs unassisted
