Varsity Driveaway is hiring Driver Managers to join our growing team. In this role, you will work directly with independent contract drivers as they transport trucks and assets across the country. We are looking for individuals who are highly organized, strong communicators, and thrive in a fast-moving operations environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with drivers through phone, text, email, and other platforms
• Coordinate and dispatch loads while ensuring on-time delivery
• Provide accurate updates on driver locations and ETAs
• Ensure drivers follow DOT/FMCSA safety and compliance standards
• Negotiate lanes and loads that support both driver and company profitability
• Verify delivery paperwork is completed accurately and submitted on time
• Build strong relationships with drivers while promoting a driver-first culture
• Assist in maintaining a positive and team-oriented office environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
