Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track shipments from pickup through delivery, ensuring on-time and accurate execution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers and customers
- Source and negotiate backhaul shipments to meet customer demands and service expectations
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues such as delays, route changes, or service disruptions
- Maintain accurate load data in the transportation management system (TMS)
- Provide timely updates and reporting to customers and internally
- Support the sales and operations teams with lane coverage and market insights
- Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and industry regulations
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
