We’re looking for a detail‑oriented Driver Operations Dispatcher to join our operations team. In this vital role, you will coordinate driver assignments, monitor real‑time fleet activity, and act as the primary communication link between drivers and internal teams—ensuring every trip is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

What You’ll Do As a Driver Operations Dispatcher

• Assign drivers based on service demand, availability, and proximity
• Monitor fleet activity and quickly resolve issues impacting on‑time performance
• Communicate routing updates, trip changes, and key information to drivers
• Maintain accurate logs of driver assignments and dispatch activity
• Partner with operations and customer service teams to support service quality
• Respond professionally and efficiently to last‑minute changes, delays, or disruptions
  
  

What You Bring As a Driver Operations Dispatcher

• Experience in dispatching, scheduling, logistics, or fleet coordination (preferred)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to stay calm, focused, and effective in a fast‑paced environment
• Familiarity with dispatching/routing software (a plus)
