Driver Organization Specialist

DFDS is looking for a Driver Organization Specialist to strengthen our logistics operations and ensure excellent customer experience.

In This Role, You Will

As a Driver Organization Specialist, you will manage driver allocation, monitor compliance processes (leave, visa, work permits), track performance and training activities, and support recruitment and onboarding to ensure efficient fleet operations

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage leave, visa, and work permit processes of assigned drivers
• Assign drivers to appropriate vehicles in line with operational requirements
• Track, evaluate, and report driver performance on a regular basis
• Follow up on driver training processes and coordinate reporting to relevant departments
• Support driver recruitment and onboarding processes

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree from a related field,
• Minimum 2 years operation experience in the logistics sector,
• Knowledge and experience in intermodal transportation and partial transportation,
• Proficient in English,
• Strong communication skills,
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
• Team player, planning, organizing, tracking and reporting skills,
• Proficient in MS Office.
