Driver OTR

BRT LLC is seeking reliable and professional independent owner-operators with their own 26-foot box trucks to service dedicated Amazon Relay routes. We are looking for dependable drivers who prioritize safety, punctuality, and exceptional service.

Driver Requirements

To qualify, applicants must:

Own a 26-foot box truck equipped with:

Liftgate

Dock-height capability

Pallet jack

Possess a valid driver's license

Maintain a clean driving record

Be at least 21 years of age

Successfully pass a background check

Have access to a smartphone and GPS navigation

Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers

Arrive on time for all scheduled pickups and deliveries

Comply with all Amazon Relay policies and operating procedures

Be responsible for all vehicle maintenance, fuel costs, and insurance requirements

Required Insurance Coverage

Drivers must maintain active insurance coverage, including:

$1,000,000 Auto Liability Insurance

$2,000,000 Aggregate Coverage (required)

Cargo Insurance

General Liability Insurance (if applicable)

Non-Trucking Liability Insurance (recommended)

Required Onboarding Documents

Applicants must submit the following documentation:

Valid Driver's License

DOT Medical Card

Certificate of Insurance (listing First Freight Solutions LLC as Additional Insured and Certificate Holder)

Vehicle Registration

Completed W-9 Form

EIN Letter (preferred)

Certificate of Insurance showing all required coverages

Truck photos:

Front

Rear

Both sides

Interior cargo area

Banking information for direct deposit

Proof of truck ownership or lease agreement

Professional Expectations

Maintain consistent communication with dispatch from pickup through delivery

No double-brokering or unauthorized load sharing

Represent BRT LLC professionally at all times

Adhere to all safety standards and operational requirements

Prioritize on-time pickups and deliveries
