We are currently hiring a Driver Reconciliation Specialist for our Boise team.

• Compensation: $17 - $19 per hour
• Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday (Starting at 11:00 AM)

Pay Classification: Hourly

FLSA Designation: Non-Exempt Effective Date: May 2026

General Statement of Duties

This position is primarily responsible for the following areas:

• Reconciliation of driver routes
• Accounts Receivable

Other areas of focus are data entry as well as performing various other accounting functions and reporting as needed. The position is accounting / administrative and functions under the direct supervision of the AR Supervisor and accounting management team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The primary function of an employee in this class is to monitor and reconcile cash, daily deposits, accounts receivable in accordance to established procedures. Other primary responsibilities include assisting in other areas of accounting processes as necessary and as illustrated below:

• Driver Reconciliations
• Accounts Receivable
• Maintaining electronic filing database
• Performs other special projects as assigned
• Must be able to fulfill essential job functions in a consistent state of alertness and safe manner.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Accounting experience
• Intermediate MS Excel ability, specifically with knowledge of lookup and reference functions as well as pivot tables, ability to create spreadsheets, work with formulas.
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, QuickBooks and Outlook
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
• Have a working understanding of accounting terms and functions i.e. (accruals, expenses, capitalization)
• Demonstrates the ability to maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers
• Demonstrates the ability to successfully work and communicate as a team member as well as independently to solve problems and respond to issues

Essential Physical Abilities

• Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing or other communication capabilities, which permits the employee to discern verbal instructions and communicate effectively with others in person and by telephone;
• Sufficient visual and mental acuity, which permits the employee to comprehend written work instructions, and make determination of necessary actions to take to meet the presentation standards for the facility;
• Sufficient manual dexterity which permits the employee to operate standard office equipment;
• Sufficient body mobility, flexibility, and agility to occasionally lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds, and to work in an office environment and requires sitting for long periods of time.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Full-time position; Standard days and hours of work are Tuesday through Saturday and must be available for holidays and after hours as business needs dictate.

• This position works in an indoor and outdoor environment, primarily in the warehouse, which may include exposure to varying temperatures reflective of seasonal weather and other varying conditions.
