Driver Recruiting Assistant (Entry-Level) – Transportation Company

We are hiring a high-energy recruiting assistant whose ONLY job is to make outbound calls to driver leads and get them to apply.

Must be comfortable making a high volume of calls, if NOT this is not the position for you!

What You Will Do (Primary Focus)

• Make high-volume outbound calls to driver leads daily
• Follow up consistently via calls and text
• Build urgency and interest to push drivers to complete applications
• Keep organized notes and track all progress

Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Full-time

Requirements

• High energy and strong phone presence
• Comfortable making 50–100+ calls per day
• Highly organized and able to track follow-ups
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable and consistent
• Bilingual not required but is a plus
