Driver – Job Description

Position: Driver
Department: Operations / Logistics
Location: As Assigned

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport staff, customers, or goods to designated locations according to schedules.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues or maintenance requirements.
• Ensure timely pickup and delivery while following traffic laws and company policies.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and keep accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, and maintenance.
• Assist with loading and unloading goods when required and ensure items are handled safely.

Job SpecificationsEducation & Experience:

• Minimum Matriculation or equivalent qualification.
• Valid driving license with a clean driving record.
• At least 1–2 years of professional driving experience preferred.

Skills & Requirements:

• Good knowledge of local routes, road safety regulations, and traffic laws.
• Strong time-management skills, reliability, and professional behavior.
• Ability to maintain vehicle logs and basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.
• Physically fit and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.

Preferred Qualities:

• Honest, punctual, and responsible.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.

Pay: Rs29,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
