Driver & Site Helper

Responsibilities

• Assist the lead diver with all aspects of underwater work, including setup, maintenance, and breakdown of equipment.
• Conduct equipment checks and inspections to ensure all gear is in proper working order.
• Provide surface support to the lead diver, monitoring air supply, communications, and safety lines.
• Assist with underwater tasks as directed, such as cleaning, inspections, minor repairs, or object recovery.
• Maintain a detailed log of all diving operations, including depth, duration, and conditions.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and regulations for commercial diving.
• Handle the loading, unloading, and transportation of diving equipment.

Qualifications

• Valid UAE light driving license prefer manual.
• Proven experience as a dive tender or helper is preferred.
• Strong understanding of diving physics, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in various environmental conditions.

Working Conditions

• This is a full-time position that requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Work will be conducted in a variety of water environments, including open water, confined spaces, and at varying depths.
• Must be able to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
