Driver - Staff and Guest

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Transport: Safely transport hotel guests to and from airports, events, and local destinations, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable experience.
• Staff Shuttle: Facilitate transportation for staff members, including pick-up/drop-off services for shift changes.
• Delivery Support: Assist in transporting hotel supplies, laundry, and small deliveries between hotel properties or external vendors.
• Flexibility and Multitasking: Perform additional tasks such as bellhop services, luggage handling, and valet parking when required.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the hotel vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and serviced regularly. Report any issues immediately.
• Customer Service: Provide a warm and courteous experience for guests. Assist with luggage and offer local area knowledge and recommendations.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws, hotel policies, and safety regulations. Maintain accurate records of trips and mileage.
• Emergency Support: Be available for urgent transport needs, including late-night or early-morning requests.

Qualifications:

• Valid UAE driver’s license
• Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience, preferably in hospitality or tourism.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of local roads, attractions, and routes.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience as a chauffeur or personal driver.
• Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance.

Pay: AED1,600.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
