Driver Support Executive

Anymove is an AI first logistics platform operating across Dubai, coordinating a professional fleet of vehicles for individuals and businesses.

We are looking for a Driver Support Executive who owns a car and can actively coordinate with drivers across the city. This is a field based operational role involving driver onboarding, documentation handling, training and real time support to ensure fleet reliability and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit drivers across Dubai for onboarding, training and issue resolution
• Assist drivers with app usage and troubleshooting
• Handle documentation checks and compliance verification
• Coordinate between operations team and drivers in real time
• Monitor driver performance and job acceptance rates
• Ensure trackers are installed and operational
• Support urgent on ground operational issues
• Maintain accurate records of driver status and field updates

Requirements

• Must own a car and hold a valid UAE driving licence (Fuel Allowance)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Basic technical understanding of mobile apps and GPS systems
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Experience in logistics, ride hailing, delivery or operations preferred
• Good understanding of Dubai locations and transport environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
