DRIVER - THIRD SHIFT (OVERNIGHT SHIFT) AIRPORT SHUTTLE DRIVER

QUALIFICTIONS

• Must be at least 25 years or older (Insurance Requirement)
• Clean Driving Record
• Valid Drivers License
• Pass DOT Drug Screen
• Pass Background Check
• Pass DOT Physical
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift luggage into van as needed
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
• Punctuality and reliability are essential
• Excellent driving skills and knowledge of local traffic laws
• Attention to detail and a commitment to safety
• Professional appearance and demeanor

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safely transport clients to and from CVG Airport following all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Ensure the safety of all passengers and their belongings throughout the journey.
• Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage onto the shuttle. Provide any necessary assistance to passengers with disabilities or special needs.
• Perform Pre & Post Trip Inspections. Ensure vehicle is in good working condition and report any maintenance issues or concerns to the appropriate person/s.
• Provide professional and friendly customer service to passengers. Answer questions, provide information and address any concerns or complaints.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with passengers, colleagues and supervisors. Keep passengers informed of any changes to the schedule or route.
• Follow assigned schedules and routes to pick up and drop off clients promptly. Notify dispatch of any delays or changes in schedule.
• Have a thorough understanding of airport terminals, hotels and other locations on the shuttle route. Navigate efficiently, avoiding traffic congestion if possible.
• Keep the van clean and presentable at all times. Ensure the interior is free of trash and debris.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times. Uphold standards of professionalism and integrity while representing the shuttle service.

SCHEDULE

• 4 Day Schedule: 8:00pm to 6:00am or 5 Day Schedule: 10:00pm to 6:00am.
• Must be able to work a Friday & Saturday shift or Saturday & Sunday shift.
• All shifts start and end at Executive Transportation's office in Newport, KY.

SALARY

• Starts at $16.00 / Hour
• Every trip includes tips - Opportunity to make up to $20.00 / Hour
• Pay Frequency: Bi-Weekly

DRESS CODE

• Dress pants w/ a button down shirt & tie
• Clean shoes
