Driver - UAE

We are hiring Commission-Based Drivers for a reputed organization in the UAE. This role is suitable for drivers who want a fixed basic salary along with commission-based earning potential and company-supported facilities.

Salary & Earnings

• Basic Salary: 2000 AED
• Commission: 15% on trips/earnings

Package & Facilities

• Visa and RTA package available
• RTA expenses to be paid by the driver
• 12 days training included

Responsibilities

• Drive company-assigned vehicles safely and professionally
• Complete assigned trips efficiently to maximize commission income
• Follow UAE traffic laws and RTA regulations at all times
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any issues promptly
• Ensure professional behavior with passengers and company staff

Requirements

• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
• Minimum 1 year driving experience preferred
• Willingness to work on a commission-based structure
• Ability to work independently and manage daily driving schedules
