We are currently hiring for:

  • Hospital-based positions with a set schedule (schedule varies per team)- Reports to hospital in Kansas City, KS.
  • Afternoon/Evening positions (1:00 PM – 9:00 PM)- Out of our Lees Summit office.

Schedules may vary based on operational needs and position assigned. Weekday and weekend availability may be required.

Overview

We are seeking dependable, compassionate drivers to provide safe, non-emergency medical transportation services throughout the Kansas City metro area. Openings are available for both hospital-based positions with consistent schedules and community-based transportation routes.

Drivers assist passengers with ambulatory, wheelchair, stretcher, and specialty transportation needs while ensuring safety, dignity, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely transport patients and clients to appointments, facilities, and home
  • Assist with ambulatory, wheelchair, stretcher, and specialty transports
  • Assist passengers with boarding, securement, and exiting vehicles
  • Follow assigned schedules and communicate effectively with dispatch and teammates
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine safety inspections
  • Provide professional, respectful customer service while ensuring passenger comfort and safety

Requirements

  • Must be 23 years of age or older
  • Valid U.S. Driver's License with a clean driving record
  • Minimum 5 years of driving experience
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and assist higher-weight passengers as needed
  • Smartphone required
  • Strong communication and customer service skills

Pre-Employment Screening (Required)

  • Criminal background check
  • Drug and alcohol screening (including marijuana)
  • Physical examination

Preferred Qualifications

  • NEMT, medical transportation, healthcare, or patient care experience
  • Experience with wheelchair and stretcher transportation
  • Behavioral health experience

Sign-On Bonus Program (2/16/26 – 8/16/26)

Employees hired during the program period are eligible for a $500 cash bonus, payable after 90 days of employment. To qualify, employees must remain actively employed and in good standing, complete all required training, maintain satisfactory attendance, have no patient incidents or corrective actions during the first 90 days, and comply with all company policies and procedures.

Employees who resign or are terminated before 90 days of employment are not eligible.
